This study presents the results of the testing phase of a technological tool at the Nelson Torres Technological Institute. Once implemented in the teaching workstations within the administrative offices of the institution, the functionality of the tool was assessed. The methodology employed in this study was qualitative in nature, based on user interviews to collect feedback. From a technical perspective, the principles of the COBIT 5 framework were applied. Communications were carried out using the institution’s own limited financial resources, which enabled teachers to use the system in their daily routines. The results demonstrated the viability of COBIT 5 as a method for managing educational technologies in similar contexts, while also revealing limitations for its full implementation across all institutional areas. These constraints allowed the identification of technical solutions that would require investment in technological infrastructure.
