Web Application for gastronomic cost management

The proporsal of the “Web Application for gastronomic cost management” seeks to modernize and automate the management of recipes and costs in Gastronomic companies and institutions. Using advanced technologies such as NodeJS for the backend and ReactJS for the frontend, the application will allow efficient recipe management, automatic cost calculation, and an improvement in the accurary and afficiency of the educational process since according to (escandllos.es, n.d) “It is a solution to makeall that work profitable with less effort.” This system addresses key needs identified in the research, including reducing errors and waste, and is estimated to have an 80% positive impact on recipe and cost management. The pareto principle, or 80/20 rule, is a concept which suggest that 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes, this means that in a restaurant a significant part of the recipe costs, around (80%) are probably concentrated in a small group (20%) of the ingredients used (What is the Pareto Principle About in Cost Recipes?, n.d) The economic, social and environmental viability of the project supports its implementation as an effective and sustainable solution for the company or institution
